Features

Technical Features: Ester based Polyurethane duct reinforced with a PU coated copper colored steel spiral. Wall thickness from 0,4 to 0,75mm.

Properties: Very light and flexible, easy to handle.Resistant to abrasion, mineral oils, UV rays, ozone and ageing. Expecially suitable for dynamic applications. The PU-coated spiral allows more bending sessions than a hose with a not coated steel spiral. Halogens free conform to RoHS and phthalates free.

Standards: It can be made electrically bonded by earthing the steel spiral. (For further info regarding Electrical Resistance click here). The electrical resistance R ≤ 102Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC).

 

Application Fields

Suction of granules, abrasive powders, pellets in woodworking, dust extraction. It is also suitable in food industry for suction of dry food only.
