Features

Technical features: Hose made with PVC compuond and a polyurethane liner, reinforced with PVC spiral.

Properties:  Completely smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties, slightly corrugated outside. Resistance to loads, atmospherical agents and to a wide range of chemicals. Resistance to hydrolysis
Food grade hose liner and cover, completely free of phthalates, to eliminate leaching risk of those components into the delivered substances. The hard plastic spiral is as well food grade, making Nettuno PU FF a total food grade hose. Free from phthalates.

Standards: Food grade according to EU Regulation 10/2011 ( Classes A,B,C,D2 and dry food), RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive, REACH Regulation (1907/2006).

It can be manufactured in antistatic version adding a copper wire. By earthing the copper wire, the hose is electrically bonded (For further info regarding Electrical Resistance click here)The electrical resistance R ≤ 102 Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC)

IPL products are manufactured under  GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice according to Regulation (CE) N. 2023/2006, regarding materials and goods intended to come into contact with foodstuff.

Application Fields

Ideal solution for suction and delivery of liquids and dry food such as beverages, juices, vinegar, wine and liquors up to 20% alcohol content, flours, animal feed, sugar, flour etc. Suitable for fatty foods, but not for milk or dairy products.
