Colour: clear with PU coated grey colour steel spiral

Features

Ether based food grade polyurethane hose reinforced with TPU coated high adhesion steel wire. Smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties. Constant Wall thickness of 0,9 mm for the whole diameter range.
Resistant to microbes and to hydrolysis. Excellent against ozone and weather. Suitable to deliver foodstuff according to FDA (title 21 CFR 177.2600, classes D, F, E)
The hose is odourless and doesn’t change the organoleptical properties of the transferred materials, ensures very good bending radius even at low temperatures without reducing the flow capacity. Better abrasion resistance than a comparable ester-based TPU hose or a PVC one. Halogen free, It can be made antistatic by grounding the spiral.

Application Fields

Food processing and pharma plants and anywhere resistance to microbes is required.
