Features

Technical Features: Ester based Polyurethane duct reinforced with PU coated copper colored steel spiral. Wall thickness from 0,4 to 0,75mm.

Properties: Maximum flexibility, high compressibility (about 5:1) and lightness make this duct an excellent choice for cost saving storage and transport and easy handling in operation. Resistant to abrasion, mineral oils, UV, ozone and ageing. Expecially suitable for dynamic applications. The PU-coated spiral allows more bending sessions than a hose with a not coated steel spiral.
Halogen  and phthalates free.

Standards: It can be made electrically bonded by earthing the steel spiral. (For further info regarding Electrical Resistance click here). The electrical resistance R ≤ 102 Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directive 94/4/EC and 99/92/EC).

Microbes resistant version is available on request *

Application Fields

Suction of pellets, granulates, abrasive powder, dust. In woodworking and dust extraction industries and everywhere very high flexibility is required.
